Occupational Therapist, Per Diem
The staff therapist determines the therapeutic needs of the individual customer and/or customer groups and facilitates individual and/or group therapy, based on identified goals. The staff therapist uses observation and assessment to determine treatment and adapts or creates treatment modalities as appropriate. As a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, the staff therapist contributes patient information relevant to assessment, current status and discharge planning. The staff therapist may be delegated responsibility for supervision of volunteers, students, and other staff when appropriate.

Certification by NBCOT as an OTR to act clinically
Illinois licensure (or license eligible) to provide licensed occupational therapy services
Advanced Masters degree or in process of acquiring degree
