NURSING ASST 2
Opportunity for a student nurse to provide patient care under the supervision of an RN on 5 our newly opened 18 bed short-term Rehab/Med/Surg Unit at Rush. Shifts are mainly days/pms/weekends, generally 1-2 shifts/week. You will care for a variety of med/surg patients, including a significant neurological population, recovering from acute and chronic illnesses.You must be currently enrolled in a College of Nursing, graduating December 2010 or after and have completed at least a Fundamentals class with med/surg clinical component. Prefer students with strong interest in Rehab/Med/Surg after graduation. Please provide a copy of grades, clinical instructor reference and CPR card at time of interview.
