CLINICAL NURSE COORDINATOR Child Psych
Rush Day School is a therapeutic school for children with autism spectrum and/or emotional disabilities. As Clinical Nurse Coordinator you will lead the nursing staff in day-to-day clinical administration as well as quality initiatives and evidence based activities. You will participate in weekly administrative meetings as well as be an active member of an interdisciplinary team that includes teachers, social workers, psychologist, occupational, art and speech therapists. Clinical expectations may include group therapy in addition to milieu therapy. Case management with complex cases will be required as well as excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Ability to multi-task and set priorities on a daily basis are essential. Position is Days, Monday through Friday.

Current IL State of Illinois Registered Nurse license as well Peds or Psych experience required. We seek a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or other major and National Nursing Certification in Peds or Psych-OR-a Masters Degree with expectation to complete National Nursing Certification within two years of assuming the position (preferred).
