ASSISTANT DIRECTOR\REGISTERED NURSE RESEARCH ADMINISTRATION
Dynamic role incorporating administrative functions with marketing to further centralize the Research and Clinical Trials Administration Office (RCTA) and enhance research at RUMC working closely with the Senior Director and Directors of the RCTA. The incumbent will interface with the operating components of RUMC, including the hospital, RUMG, fund accounting, the clinical advisory board and other relevant stakeholders to assist in the support and integration of a centralized research enterprise. Additionally, the incumbent will market the research enterprise and build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders. The incumbent will follow the mission, vision and values of RUMC. Position REQUIRES a strong healthcare background, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required and Master's Degree strongly preferred.
