INFUSION R N COORD Hematology
The Infusion RN is an IL licensed registered nurse who actively provides supervised patient care through a diverse role as clinician, educator & consultant in a financially responsible manner. The RN is responsible for all aspects of patient care specific to infusion therapy. The RN remains accountable & responsible for all delegated tasks & should have clear knowledge of the nursing scope of practice relative to assesment, planning, implementation & evaluation of infusion therapy.
Education/Special Skills Required: Current RN licensure in IL, Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred. Current certification in ONS or CRNI preferred. 2-3 years nursing experience preferred and specific knowledge & understanding of the vascular system & its relationship with other body systems & infusion treatment modalities.***M-F, 8 or 10 hour shifts available, No weekends
