The Assistant Lab Director is responsible for development, monitoring, leadership & direction of the technical, scientific & clinical services, policies & procedures of the lab units assigned by the Director. This includes responsibility for the validity & timeliness of lab results. In discharging these responsibilities, the Assistant Director works closely with the Director, Lab Manager & the supervisory & specialist staff. Exemplifies the Rush Mission, Vision, and Values and

Requirements:
1. MD or Ph.D in relevant field.
2. 4 years postdoctoral experience in immunology &/or HLA with ABHI certification preferred.
