Leads team of analysts supporting the EpicCare Ambulatory application.
Able to leads medium sized teams for medium duration projects (~up to 8 months).
Maintains project plans, task list, issues list and status reports
Facilitates process and workflow discussions
Applies project planning and project management methodologies
Understands overall IT business functions and functions of our customers
Tracks issues and problems through to their completion
Assists with system testing and execution.
Facilitates development of policies and procedures
Facilitates and prepares education materials
Provides on-site user support during implementations
Follows Change Management processes.
Handles multiple assignments simultaneously
Learns and understands user department practices and procedures
Takes on-call for support at scheduled times
